Our program covers the fundamental principles of yoga, including yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Our yoga classes are taught by experienced and certified instructors. The classes are designed to be challenging but achievable, and the instructors are always willing to help you modify the poses to fit your individual needs. We offer a variety of different yoga styles, including hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, and yin yoga.
